Mr. D. G. Halve has 31 years of work experience in crop insurance industry. He has served in Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Maharashtra and Gujarat. Mr. Halve has travelled to London, Zurich, Hannover, Munich, Washington DC, Kansas City, Madrid and Beijing on official tours. Many officials from India and abroad contact him for learning about crop insurance schemes in India. Mr. Halve is a visiting faculty to National Insurance Academy, Pune and Insurance Institute of India, Mumbai. His last position was Deputy General Manager in Agriculture Insurance Company (AIC, Ahmedabad).

Dr. Satya Pal Pawar (Director) - FIII ( Mumbai), ACII ( London)

Dr. Pawar has over thirty three years of experience in non-life insurance sector having worked in various positions in United India Insurance Company Ltd. and Universal Sompo GIC Ltd. He is associated with crop insurance business since 2014 and has experience all areas of agriculture insurance viz. underwriting, crop insurance risk and loss management, claims calculations and disbursement etc. Dr. Pawar is associated with KCMS since formation of the company.

Mr. N.N. Mishra (Director)

He has served in Banking industry for 30 years in premier nationalized bank, Bank of Baroda, where he devoted considerable amount of time in agriculture banking sector.

Mr. Gurudutt Dureja (AVP)

Mr. Dureja has experience of 14 years in insurance sector with ITGI & ICICI Lombard and in banking sector with HDFC Bank. He was part of team that implemented mNAIS and WBCIS projects in Haryana.
